Commissions are first come first serve. I do work to complete commissions within 1-2 weeks, but if you require a commission to be completed by a deadline, please inform me right away so I can see if I can get it done in time.

I have the right to refuse a commission request if I feel I can't fulfil your vision or the request contains NSFW / explicit / offensive content.

For my 3D commissions, 3 revisions will be offered at each stage of the commission (Modelling, Texturing, Posing). After those 3 revisions there will be an additional fee for every rework requested.

Minor tweaks and colour changes are free!
Please make sure that your character will suit my style (silly I know but I gotta say it!)

I will send a work in progress screenshot during each stage of the process (Modelling, Texturing, posing) which the client must approve before moving on to the next stage. During the client's approval at each stage, any revisions must be requested at this time. I will not progress on to the next stage without this approval, so a prompt response is appreciated. Lack of communication on the client's side will lead to delays.
It is the clients responsibility to provide clear descriptions and references and to respond to communications (via Email or DM) in a reasonable amount of time.

Once I approve your commission request I will send a PayPal invoice to your email. I will only begin once the full payment amount is received in GBP ( £ ).

If the client cancels once I begin working on the commission after the payment is received, a refund cannot be given.
A refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the commission in a reasonable timeframe, or due to personal reasons.

I have the right to share your commission through my social media, or my portfolio if I choose to. You will always be credited either by name or Instagram username. If you wish for me to not share your work, this can be discussed.
You may not use my work for commercial purposes UNLESS discussed and subsequently charged a fee.
You will not receive project files UNLESS discussed and subsequently charged a fee.
You will receive the outcome in .MP4 Format for Idle Animation Videos, .PNG for Static Renders. (Delivery is specific to the commission)
